Coaching - inner growth

Coaching may consist of one session but can also involve a longer process. Your request for help is approached from different angles. Questions can be about lifestyle, dealing with stress, psychosomatic symtoms, burnout, but also questions with an existential character. By looking at a certain situation together in a slightly different way, things often fall into place after one or more coaching sessions. You will be provided with concrete tools to work on your question.

Sometimes unexpected trauma hides behind the problems
If during coaching sessions it appears that your issue may be have deeper roots and is more complex (for example trauma), the sessions can be adjusted to a more therapeutic form of treatment if wished and after agreement.
